If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as sending you a notification). We reserve the right to compile and share anonymous, aggregated information about our users, transactions completed using our service, sales, and traffic, though we will not share this information in a manner that permits the identification of a specific user.

Your use of those services is not governed by our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. We do not control the services of those third parties or how they use your information and documents. Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
With third parties for their services that could enhance your Service experience;

Between and among Nest Payroll and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership; and

Nest Payroll takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Nest Payroll is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

Your Choices

Account Information

You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your Services account or emailing us at info@nestpayroll.com. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please login to your Services account and contact us to cancel the service. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or text messages from Nest Payroll by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications in connection with your use of the Services.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts

With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device. Please note that if you choose to remove notifications, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services, including important reminders and deadlines for which you are solely responsible (see Terms of Service agreement).

Your California Privacy Rights
