UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD

Tap the orange button and sign in with the same email address and password you use to login to the Nest Payroll app. Once signed in, tap on Billing Portal to update your credit card. If you subscribed through Apple, go to your Apple settings on your device.

CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Nest Payroll is a month-to-month subscription. Ongoing tax work is included with active, ongoing subscriptions. If you have future tax work after you leave, select to have us handle your future work for you ($149) or to handle it directly.
There is no pause option as filings are required even when you are not paying wages.

If you are completely done paying your employee and you won’t be rehiring:

STEP 1: Login to the Nest Payroll app (not the web) and tap on your employer profile (upper left circle).

STEP 2: Tap on Subscription Status. If you don’t see your Subscription Status, download the latest version of Nest Payroll from the Apple App Store.

STEP 3: Select from the options available.
